نحن في TigerHost نحرص على رضا العملاء وتقديم خدمات احترافية. وبما أن منتجاتنا رقمية ومرتبطة بخدمات SaaS، فإننا نتبع سياسة استرداد واضحة وعادلة.

At TigerHost, we prioritize customer satisfaction and professional services. Since our products are digital and linked to SaaS, we follow a clear and fair refund policy.

• الاسترداد متاح خلال 3 أيام فقط من تاريخ الشراء.
• يجب أن يكون السبب فنياً أو عدم استلام الخدمة.
• لا يُقبل في حال تم تخصيص الخدمة أو استخدامها أو تعديلها من قبل العميل.
• الاشتراكات بعد مرور 72 ساعة لا تخضع للاسترداد.
• طلبات استرداد تأجير المواقع تُدرس حسب كل حالة.

• Refunds are available only within 3 days from the purchase date.
• The reason must be technical or non-receipt of service.
• Refunds are not accepted if the service has been customized, used, or modified by the client.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable after 72 hours.
• Website rental refund requests are evaluated case by case.

نقوم بمراجعة ومعالجة الطلب خلال 7 أيام عمل. سيتم إعادة المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية إذا تم القبول.

We review and process requests within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if approved.

نحتفظ بالحق الكامل في رفض الطلبات غير المطابقة للشروط، ويمكن تعديل هذه السياسة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
