إزالة الصفحات التي تنتحل أسماء مواقع عملائنا Removing pages that impersonate our clients’ site names

رصدنا خلال الفترة الماضية عددًا كبيرًا من الصفحات الفرعية التي تحمل أسماء مواقع تابعة لعملائنا أو تستهدف نفس العبارات بشكل مباشر. لذلك بدأ فريق TigerHost بمراجعة النتائج اسمًا باسم، وتوثيق الحالات، ثم تقديم البلاغات المناسبة عبر القنوات الرسمية المتاحة.

During the past period, we identified a large number of subpages using names associated with our clients’ sites or directly targeting the same terms. TigerHost therefore began reviewing results name by name, documenting cases and submitting appropriate reports through the available official channels.

لن نتعامل مع حماية أسماء عملائنا كأمر ثانوي. كل حالة جديدة يتم رصدها تدخل مباشرة ضمن المراجعة والمتابعة.

Protecting our clients’ site names is not a secondary matter. Every newly detected case is added to our review and follow-up process.

• More than 1,500 URLs have been reported or submitted for review.
• More than 1,450 URLs have been removed so far.
• Visibility of the pages we track has fallen by around 95% based on our internal review.
• Monitoring continues every day as additional reports are processed.

إذا كانت من الصفحات التي رصدناها ضمن هذه الحملة، فاختفاؤها جاء نتيجة المتابعة والبلاغات التي قام بها فريق TigerHost. وما ظهر حتى الآن ليس نهاية العمل؛ بل نتيجة المرحلة الأولى من فلترة ومراجعة نتائج البحث.

If those pages were among the cases identified in this campaign, their disappearance resulted from TigerHost’s monitoring and reporting work. What has been achieved so far is not the end of the process, but the result of the first phase of ongoing search-result review.

نراجع نتائج البحث يوميًا، وعند العثور على صفحة تستخدم اسم أحد مواقع عملائنا بشكل مخالف أو مضلل، يتم توثيقها ومراجعتها واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب عبر القنوات الرسمية.

We review search results daily. When a page is found using one of our clients’ site names in an infringing or misleading way, it is documented, reviewed and handled through the appropriate official channels.

نعمل حاليًا على تطوير سكربت مخصص يقوم بمراقبة نتائج البحث المرتبطة بأسماء مواقع عملائنا، واكتشاف الحالات الجديدة، وتجهيزها تلقائيًا للمراجعة وتقديم طلبات الإزالة عند ثبوت الانتهاك.

We are currently developing a dedicated system to monitor search results associated with our clients’ site names, detect new cases and automatically prepare them for review and removal requests when an infringement is confirmed.

الهدف واضح: تقليل زمن اكتشاف الانتهاك من أيام إلى أقصر وقت ممكن، والاستمرار في حماية أسماء مواقع عملائنا دون انقطاع.

The goal is clear: reduce detection time as much as possible and continue protecting our clients’ site names without interruption.

حماية العميل بالنسبة لنا لا تتوقف عند السيرفر والحماية التقنية. اسم الموقع وظهوره وسمعته الرقمية جزء من الخدمة التي نهتم بها. وسنستمر في استخدام الأدوات النظامية والقانونية المتاحة لحماية أسماء مواقع عملائنا كلما ظهرت حالات جديدة.

For us, client protection does not stop at server and infrastructure security. A site’s name, visibility and digital reputation are also important. We will continue using the available official and legal channels to protect our clients’ site names whenever new cases appear.
